Do we need to take US born baby to Indian Counslate??

hi

My baby born in US on July 2010 and holding US passport. As my husband got the H1 visa renewal i'm going to Indian Counslate for my H4 renewal. My question is

Do we need to take my baby to Indian Counslate? Does it creates any problem if i take him there?? Can i take him there with me?

You don't need to take your ****y with your for your visa stamping. If you have someone who can take care of the baby, then you can go alone. However, U.S born citizens are allowed inside the consulate. If yu had to take your baby, then you can. Take the baby's passport with you to prove he/she is a U.S citizen.
