Hi,
I am on H1 and fulltime employee to a Kforce and they still not giving any benefits
like no leaves, no medical insurance and payment is like 50% of bill rate.
My GC started so i cant leave them.
I want to sue them once i get my GC, how can i do and wht evidence do i need for that ? I am pissed off with this exploitation and i cant do anything now.Please help me.
