  • US Department of Labor asking for EIN

    Hi

I am filing for H1 Transfer and my new H1 Company is a very new company and the new company filed for LCA and Department of Labor is asking for the EIN, so that they can verify the company, will there be a problem while
    1) Obtaining H1 Approval -I 797
    2) while going for H1 Visa stamping
    3) While Obtaining green card.

Any feed back is really appreciated..

    Thank you

Of course they need the EIN. You employer must provide it.
This is standard procedure, you will not have any problems because DOL asked for EIN.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.

You should prepare all the documents with extra care. Consult an experienced attorney if necessary. But Visa will not be denied just because they are a small company.
