Medical Insurance for Spouse on H-1

Hi,
My wife was on H-4 until Feb 2011 and she is on my company's medical insurance as my dependent. Now she got a job and her status changed to H-1. Can she continue to be on my company's medical insurance or she has to move to her company's medical insurance?
