Visa renewal appointment

Mine h1 renewal stamp got 221g and now applying new H1 with different employee. Can you please let me know may I select visa renewal because I had visa and renewal got rejected?

is there any chances for mumbai appointment?

If your previous H1 Visa (in your passport) is valid or expired within last 12 months. You can select the appropriate option. Call up VFS to inquire.
