I change my employer on June 2010 at that time my Visa as well as i94 both are valid till September 2010
- some how processing time take more then normal time and I received my I-797 approval on Feb 2011 however I didn't get i-94 with I797
- my company lawyer told me to leave country as soon as possible and get my visa renewed from my native country.
now my question is :
1. what is my chances to get visa again.
2. what type of question they can ask in embassy
3. is there any other person facing the same problem.
