You are getting paranoid for nothing. Why will they deport you for a mistake which they committed. Like I mentioned in my previous email, visa is just an entry document to U.S. Your I-94 will decide until when you can stay in U.S. You should consider yourself lucky to get an extended visa. You can use the same visa to re-enter U.S until its expiry date provided you have a valid I-797 from the principle applicant (H1B holder). Go ahead and travel with this visa. It isn't your mistake and you shouldn't worry.
