H1-H4 Stamping

Hello,
I have my h1b stamp on my passport and valid upto sept-2012.
I want to change my employer. Do i need to restamp again when i am going to india?

Second thing, i am going to get marry in nov-2011 so If i dont req. stamp then my wife will come on h4 visa so she must be having new company stamp.. so does it create problem if i keep my old stamp on passport and she will have new company stamp?

does the H4 stamp contain h1 employer info or her husband's info?

I think it does. But it does not matter. That same Visa can be used irrespective which employer your husband is working for.
