H1 Transfer and Visa Stamping

Hi
I am currently working for company A and my H1 has been extended. Recently i got a offer for company B and my H1 was transferred. However I changed due to some issues i am not joining company B and will continue with Company A. Next month i will be traveling to India during which i have to get visa stamped as current visa is expired. Will there be any issues during visa stamping since my H1 was transferred to Company B, however i will going for visa stamping on company A's petition as i am still with company A?

Please respond asap.

Not an issue. Each H1b is independent.
