Do I need to carry H1 Denial notice while moving back to India after h1 denial

I was on H1 visa and my H1 extension was rejected on April 18 and as of today I haven’t got denial notice in hand. My original I94 and H1 visa expiry was till Mar 07 …

a. After I get denial notice in hand how much time I have to wind up my personal matters?
b. While going back to India do I need to carry denial notice (eI won’t be getting denial notice in hand because its employer’s asset … that what my company’s immigration team told m)

>>> You need to leave immediately. Any time spend in U.S after your I-94 expiry date will be considered as illegal stay since the extension got denied.

>>> Not required. But ask your company to give you a copy of it for your records.
