H1B and H4 transfer issues !

Myself and my wife are in H1 and H4 respectively. I'm planning to switch to another company shortly and she is planning to visit India shortly. After I've filed for my H1 transfer thru another company,can my wife go to India in her old H4 and come back in the same since H4 transfers take 140-200 days to come according to the consulate. In that case, will she face any problems in India since her H4 has been extended and that needs to be stamped.

As long as her H4 visa stamp has not expired, she can enter back into US.
