H1B Query regarding travel

Hi.

I am working for an Indian Pvt Ltd company in India and its is going to initiated my H1B.

I have already been working for this company for 6 months. I want to know when will I be able to travel to US

is it immediatetly after my visa is stamped ?

or is it only after Oct 1 after visa is stamped ?

Assuming you have the visa stamped, you can travel 10 days prior to the H1B petition effective date. If this is a fresh H1B petition, then it will be effective only on Oct 1st, which means you can travel after September 21st, but can start working only from Oct 1st.
