CAn i apply H1B visa?

Hi,
I am woriking under a US employer from my home(in India) for the last 1 year. Now they are asked me to join the USA office as they dont have an office here in India.

Please let me know what is the probablity of getting a H1-B visa stamped?

Hypothetical questions like these cannot be answered. The probability is the same as any other candidate who will attend the visa interview. As long as your documents are in place and you have a job waiting for you in U.S and your employer has clean records, you will get the visa.
