H1b cancelled with out prejudice

Hi,

1) I have h1b cancelled without prejudice valid till 31-dec-2005. I got B1 visa in 2009 which was also cancelled and withdrawn. I have a immediate job offer in a company, how they should proceed to process my visa. i don't have any L1 or l2 work permits in between. I used my h1b only for a month.

1)Further how much it costs?

2) Is it requires the same amount as new h1b does?

3) Only filling of I129 is not enough in this case?

>>> The cost differs by various factors and it is specific to number of employees in the company, number of H1B candidates etc. Go to the USCIS.gov website and download the instruction to file form I-129. You can calculate the cost of using that instruction by applying it to your employer.

3) Only filling of I129 is not enough in this case?
>>> LCA with DOL and then I-129 with USCIS. Your employer should know what to do. H1B cost and filing the H1B petition should not be your concern. They should be taken care by your employer.
