H1 Transfer in case of change of employer in India

My employer in India has filled for my H1 visa.

My question is after getting my H1 visa, can I change my employer in India (without going to US even for a single time)?

If I switch jobs than can I use the same H1 visa with the new employer?

Visa and petition are two different things. Visa is the one that you have it stamped in your passport. You can use the same H1B visa to travel to work for a different employer. However, the new employer will need to file the H1B petition (can use the CAP from the previous approval notice) that should get approved. While travelling, you can use the old visa and the new petition to get an I-94 at the POE.
