PLEASE HELP: LOST PASSPORT & I94 with I94 expiring soon

USPS lost my Passport and I-94. I was supposed to travel on June 08 2011 and had a H1B interview date of June 10 2011 with I797B.

My I94 was "D/S - Duration of Stay" as I was on F1/OPT VISA and my EAD expires on 20 JUNE 2011. Will I be out of status after JUNE 20 2011, as the time to process new PASSPORT and new I-94 (through form I 102) is roughly 3 months.

PLEASE HELP ANYBODY. I will be really grateful
