Change in Interview Appointment date in Mumbai

Hi,

The Chennai US consulate has a system of re-scheduling the Interview appointment date in case of some cancellations.

Can someone tell me is there a similar way in case of the Mumbai US consulate? I checked the US Visa site for Mumbai and failed to find a link where in I can prepone any appointment in case someone cancels his/her.

If you fall under Mumbai jurisdiction, you can't go to Chennai/Delhi etc.
