Hi,
I am appearing for H1 visa stamping in 10 days with my wife for H4 visa stamping.
She is currently working for non government company. We have not decided her travel date and duration and whether she would relieve or take unpaid leaves.
However, as suggested by my employer, to be on safer side, I am thinking to carry NOC letter of her employer.
So can you please let me know what should be contents or format for NOC letter?
