Qeuery regarding new H1 after BL1 expiry - Please advice

Hi,

My BL1 was issued for the period May2008-April 2011, I stayed in US from August 2008 till March 2011 on this VISA. I am currently in India, if I apply for new L1/H1 again and travel to USA in October 2011 will my earlier stay be considered for calculating 6year CAP? Please let me know. Also please advice what is the best option so that I can stay for 6 more years in US.

Yes. It will be counted. You need to spend 1 complete year outside U.S to qualify for a fresh 6 year period.
