H1 trasnfer with I140

I dont know whether where to put this post this query under H1 or Green card section

My I140 got approved with Company A in March 2011 . I completed 4.5 years of H1. Now H1 trasnfered with Company A's 140 to Company B and got new H1 approval for 3 years till 2014

Now my question is Can i use Company A's Labour for Green card process with COmpany B.

Company B will need to restart your GC process right from the beginning (Filing labor, I-140 & then I-485). However, the priority date from the previous labor from Company A can be used to file your I-485.
