Publish an ebook while on H4 visa

Hi there. I'm French, I live inthe US on a H4 visa and I wrote a book. I would like to self publish it through the French version of a US website (only US websites like Amazon and Lulu offer self publishing of ebooks in France). Will I have the right to receive royalties from the book while under my H4 visa ?

I don't think H4 regulations allow you do that. H4 status holders can only be dependents to the H1B holder and they cannot earn money in any way.
