DS160 form confusion -says 2 purposes to travel

I finished DS160 form....before electronically sign and submit, it says below msg

"""""You have indicated that you are traveling for two or more purposes which could require more than one visa being issued. Please note that if more than one visa is to be issued, you will have to pay application and reciprocity fees for each."""""""""

I rechecked the purpose of travel info and it is only one purpose and speciality H1.......Iam confused now ....can anyone help......Am I doing anything wrong????

It is hard to comment without knowing what you have filled in DS-160. It could also be an issue with the DS-160 application. There have been issues with DS-160 since it is fairly new. Talk to VFS helpdesk to get proper guidance.
