URGENT-H1 stamping Hyderabad From H4-H1

Hi ,
I am planning to visit india in august. I got my H1 approved in decemeber. Before that i was on h4 . I am working in EVC model. Please suggest me how is the situation now for stamping in hyderabad. Is it recommendable to visit India now or not
