    Hi we Understand the interview process for H4 but before shceduling interview with US consulate in India i would like to know whether J1 waiver candidate is eligible for H4 or not

    Please suggest.

    She will need to schedule a H4 visa interview. Upon approval, she can travel in H4 visa. Here is the H4 document list.

    Hi,

    My wife is back in India since 2010 Jan as part of J1 waiver.

    She can only complete her waiver in Jan 2012. We got married recently and i want to bring her on H4 Visa.

    Please Suggest
