H1b Job change

hi friends
I am working in US onsite for a Indian company on H1b visa
Now I want to switch to some other company in US itself, As my visa is made by company, can i change on same visa or i am required to have a new visa.... As if i leave the company the visa also does not have any value..

Visa is just an entry document to U.S. When you are already inside U.S, then visa is of no value. Your I-94 and the H1B petition will decide your legal stay in the country. Any employer can easily file an H1B transfer (Just give them a copy of your existing H1B approval notice). Once the transfer is filed, you can start working for the new employer (Although it is advisable to wait until the transfer gets approved). If you leave the country, you can return back with the existing valid visa (that is stamped with you current employer's name) and the petition from the new employer.
