please suggest me if h1b petition sent back to uscis then can we ammend the petiton?

Are you saying that the H1B petition is sent back to USCIS to revoke? If yes, then you cannot file a amendment. A new petition need to be filed.

@shervin thanks for suggest me.but that making us confuse because we got reply that counslar sent petiton to uscis so do not know its sent for review or revoke.and its three month over still did not got any update from uscis.not even employer got any notice.so suggest me how we can know that whats going on with petiton.or can we send for ammendment?
