Hi,
My L1 visa was rejected from Kolkata consulate abt 2 months back, the VO stated the reason that my skill is more suitable for an H1 and hence i should file for that.
My Wife has been working on H1 from last 2 yrs and we got married on March 2011. Now am planning to file for my H4 from a different consulate. My doubt is since they have info about my work ex and about my prev visa application. What questions can I expect from the VO as they will doubt I will go and try wo work there esp. being a Male, will it be a good idea for me to tell them that I have already resigned and my current Employer and my priority is not to work but be with my wife.
