Hi Friends,
I understand many banks were bailed out by the federal govt. hence avoiding H1b for new hiring since 2008-09 -
1. But does it apply for H1b transfers too? I read somewhere that bailout restriction does not apply to H1b transfers or H1b renewal (of existing employees). Is it true?
2. If yes, could you please highlight some banks that accept H1b transfer, given all other criteria is met.
4. Is it a good idea to search such jobs thru recruiter? Does recruiters file H1b transfer for temporary jobs? (I understand this question is very subjective but any feedback/experience is helpful)
