Cost of H1B Transfer from 1st April 2005 ???

Hi all wonderful people,

I have a couple of questions, I hope to get an answer from you.

1. At present, i.e today, 19,April 2005, how much is it going to cost, if I want to transfer my H1 from Company A to Company B ?

2. Who should bear the expenses for it? And how much time does it take?

Please inform me if there is anything else that I need to know regarding H1B Transfer rules and regulations.
