Hi,
Im right now on B2 Visa in US. I had started attending interview for a consultant (based out of US) when i was in India but it got materialised after few weeks when I was visiting US. Now I have 2 options:
1) I can do a B2 to COS (Change of status) to H1B and start working here. but when I return to India the chances of my Visa getting rejected is high, because I came in non-wrk permit visa and got it converted to work permit. But the same applies for H4 also I guess. Am i right? everyone recommends to do this as of todays scenario.
2) Go back to India and get a fresh stamping. but with todays trend of (getting blue slips) for contractors Im not sure what to do. The client will not wait for so long.
The client is one of the best in the industry and i feel its a golden oppurtunity not to miss. that is the reason Im confused. Kindly guide me.
