H1B petiton
Hello there!
Me and my family (as my dependents) came to USA on J1 & J2 visas (teacher). Then my J1 visa expired thus, i applied for B2 for which i am still awaiting. During this process, Company 1 filed H1B petiton for me and USCIS asked them for extra evidence for petition (RFE). In the mean while, Company 2 ready to file H1B petiton. therefore, the following doubts erupted
1. What status am i going by B2 or H1B?
2. As Company 1's H1B petiton is pending, can i file a new H1B through Company 2?
3. Please explain what are multiple H1B petitions?
I would really appreciate answeres for these questions.
