Regarding visa stamping for me (I'm on H1) and my wife (on H4) are planning to attend in Chennai, I've the following questions:

1) Can I fill out my application and add her as an additional applicant or each of as have to fill different application?
2) Can me an my wife do the interview in the same appointment?
3) Do we need to pay 2 times for the interview fee?

Any experiences and things that I should be aware of for interviewing in Chennai?

>>> Yes. After completing your DS-160, you will be allowed to add the dependents and fill the DS-160 for each of your dependents.

>>> What 2 times? Each applicant need to pay the visa fees.
