Regarding H1B Transfer

Hi
I am working for a AAA Company now from past 2 months(Came to US in mid of June 2011) and I have only 3 semi monthly payslip’s generated till now. Is it possible for me to do a H1B transfer to some other company ? or do I need 3 full month paychecks ?

Please clarify …

And also please let me know the chances of transfer getting declined.

>>> The transfer is possible as long as you have pay slips from day one on H1B. However, it is advisable to file the transfer with at least 2-3 months of payslips.
