H4 visa Question

we have H4 extended approval notice with my wife's maiden(birth name)name.we are planning to apply for a change maiden name to my family name in passport.after changing the name she can go to visa stamping with that approval notice ?

She will need your approval notice to get her H4 Visa. H4 extension of status is meaningless once she leaves the country. Name change does not matter also.
