H1B visa - waitinf for RFE decision post 60 days

Hi,

I've received RFE on my H1B visa for which my employer has filed response on 25-May-2011, its now more then 60 days and still the status is in review status.

What is the actual processing time for USCIS to process a case?
What are my options? How to get the expedite?
How long we have to wait more to get the decision?

Can someone please help me with this situation and show me the correct path to get the decision on this.

>>> 2-4 months by normal process (from the date of receiving the RFE documents). Apparently it is taking more time in your case.

>>> You can go for premium which will get you the result within 15 days.

>>> No one can predict. They are all case by case basis.

H1B RFE concern

Hi Me too get RFE, my status changed to respose review on July 15th and still today it is not changed.

Did u changed ur case to premium.If so let me know did u get any response
