PROCESSING TIME- H1b Transfer regular file- HELP

Usually 2-3 months by normal process (In very rare cases it takes more time than that) and 15 days by premium.

Hi to all forum member,

How much time it takes to get h1b transfer approval result in regular filling? I did my file on 20th May but still haven't received result from USCIS . My file is in Vermont office.
still showing ; we received file on this date and it is under review, initial stage.

Please provide me more information on processing time.
