I94 issue

Hi,

I have visa validity until Sep 2013. But when I returned from India after my vacation, I was issued I94 with validity until Mar 2012. When I questioned abt this date, I was told that this would be in line with PP expiry date.

Now I renewed my PP with expiry in 2015. I went to Canada by road. But at the border, the officer did not take my I94. Also on the back to US, I did not get new I94.

Is there any way to get a new I94 with validity up to visa validity?

You should have handed over the I-94 to Canada immigration officer (not US) and while returning you would have gotten new I-94.
Anyway, you can travel again to any other country and return to get the correct I-94 or your employer can file amendment to extend your status. Do this before your I-94 expires.
