Visa Stamping in New Delhi :Hourly rate

I am working with My company on hourly rate basis , now i am planning to visit new delhi for Visa Stamping , my employer has given me the letter which says that i am their full time employee working hourly basis rates ,even the pay stubs show the per hour rate. Can it create any issue ?

As long as the pay is not less than the approved LCA, you are good. Just get a letter from the employer stating that you are full time employee. They don't have to mention that you are paid hourly. The concept of hourly rate doesn't go well with H1B. H1B is a full time employment and the employer need to pay you as per the approved LCA irrespective of whether they provide you work or not.
