Hi all,
I got my new H1B stamped after interview which was held on 25 Aug'11. I got my passport through courier on 27 Aug'11.
Then on 30 Aug'11, my colleague had an H1B interview at Kolkata consulate only. He had also same petitioner who filed our H1B. But during his interview, officer informed him that your petitioner is ****, so I can not issue you a visa. So my colleague informed him about my approved visa. So officer took my details from him.
Then suddenly on 30 Aug'11, Kolkata consulate officer called me on my cell and informed to appear there again for re-interview. I asked him the reason, he just told me that there is some problem with my visa and I can not fly on that stamped visa. He informed me to appear there on Tuesdays or Thursdays between 2 to 3 pm only.
So here on the other side, I have checked with my petitioner, he has filed many H1B visa in last 10 years and as per his records all employees have got their visa successfully. So he has informed me to goto interview again with same confidence and all proper documents.
But I am much worried about my interview. Will my visa be cancelled. Why am I called again even after my visa already stamped.
Please suggest me.
