H1B Visa was Expired

Hi,

My H1B Visa was expired on 12th September.

If I want apply H1B again, what would be the process and How can I apply?

Is there any possibility use the existing Visa??

I assume you are outside the US right now.
If you find another job, the employer will need the previous petition approval notice and using that they can file a cap-exempt petition for you at any time and with immediate start date. The employer can hire an experienced lawyer and they will know the procedure.
