  • No Client letter - client policy - direct client

Received a query from USCIS that I need to provide the End Client Letter for my H1b extension. I have everything from invoice to MSA. But the client doesnt provide client letter as per their policy.
Is there a chance that my extn gets denied because I am not provide the client letter even when the client doesnt issue ever?

How can I go about this probem? Pleeeease help

It is hard to predict. If the client won't provide you a client letter as per their company policy, then at least ask them give you a letter stating that. If they cannot provide you a letter, at least get an email and attach it when you reply to the RFE. Ask the lawyer to prepare a letter stating that the client won't provide a letter as per their policy and ask them to attach the SOW between the client and the vendor as the proof. You can also attach copies of few of the appreciation emails from the client. It may or may not work. Try your luck.
Not a legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.

What happened to your case, is your stamping done after sending the documents.
