H1-B Stamping for New Employer
I have a specific question regarding my H1-B. Right now I have the H1-B visa stamping valid till Feb 2007 and my present employer is ABC company. Now that I'm getting another offer in the US who is ready to sponsor my Green Card I would like to switch my employer.
My marriage is scheduled in August 2005 and I would be with my new employer's approval notice when I go to India. Does it prompt me to go to the embassy at Chennai for visa stamping with the new employer's name? Or can I get back into the US by showing my approval notice from my new employer and the previous visa stamping which is valid till Feb 2007. I'm a bit confused and looking for proper direction, please advice.
