name switch in i94

I got extension to stay, but in revised i94 my name switched i.e. first name has become last name, and last name became first name, due to this i am unable to get DMV Licence renewed.

Can i go local office of USCIS like DMV to change my name with valid documents.

Go to the nearby CBP post and they should be able to help you get the I-94 corrected if it was their mistake. If the lawyer/employer filled the extension with the mix-up in the names, then an H1B amendment may be asked to be filed. Try the local CBP post first.
