can you fly india from canada after stamping

Will it be fine to fly India directly from Canada (without returning to USA) after h1 renewal stamping in ottawa canada ? is there any issue with i94 submission or anything else ? where should one submit i94 if not returning to usa and directly flying to india from canada ?

Submit the I-94 when you leave the US.
If Visa application is the only reason for going to Canada, why not go directly to home country and get the Visa there.

This is to avoid the visa rejection chance in INDIA (I work through a consulting company and now a days lot of 221g for contractors). Do you think of any issues with what i am doing ?

Don't see any problem. Consulates in Canada are also well informed and 221g is possible there too, but you will have to travel to home country directly anyway if Visa is denied/suspended in Canada.
