H1 and H4 together. Wife's B2 was rejected 4 months back. Any problem?

Me and my wife are going for H1 and H4 stamping in a month (in Oct 2011). Her B2 (visitor VISA) was rejected (214(b)) 4 months back.

Will my wife's B2 VISA rejection 4 months back have any implication on our H1 and H4 VISA?? Is any extra preparation required regarding this? What questions can we expect regarding this?

Any help will be much appreciated.

H4 Visa allows for immigrant intent, so that will not be a problem.
