H1 petition pending...

I am currently serving notice period for Company A. I have an H1b visa provided by company A, valid till 2013.

Company B, which I have plans to join has already filed a new petition for my h1b, since i never went to U.S. The petition status is pending with USCIS in "intital review" status.

Now Company A wants to send me to U.S. My query is, can I use the H1B visa provided by comapny A, since I have a new petition at USCIS office pending, what's my status? Can i go to U.S. now?

You can forget about B's petition for now and travel with your current Visa and A's approval notice to work for A.
Later if B's petition gets approved and if you wish to join them, you will have to leave the US and return with current Visa and B's approval notice to work for B.
