Help Plz: H1b Extension - Premium Processing - RFE

My H1B visa extension case was upgraded to Premium processing on 16th Sep 2011 (Vermont Processing Center). Online case status details updated to RFE on 29th Sep 2011. Please help me by providing the following details:

1. In how many days the attorney will get the details about RFE in case of premium processing?
2. In what way the attorney will get the RFE details - Is it by e-mail (or) FAX (or) mail from visa processing service center?
3. In general how many days RFE should be responded?

I am bit worried about RFE, hence your reply will help me a lot.

If FAX number was provided, they normally fax the details.
