Do I need visa stamping??

Hi,

I am working in US right now. I have valid visa/i94 till Sep-2012. I recently moved to another employer. My H1B transfer petition is still not approved.
If I visit India after receiving approved petition, do I need to go for visa stamping again?

Not required. You can use the existing valid H1B visa with the newly approved H1B petition to re-enter U.S.
