  • H1B renewal in Mexico

    Hi,

I am planning to go mexico for my H1B stamping. I have following questions. Can someone clarify please?

    1) My first H1B that is stamped in India is expired in 2009. Now I am planning to go for the renewal in Mexico. Am I eligle for the renewal in Mexico or not?

    2) Since I dont have valid US visa, Should I get a mexican visa? If yes what type of visa (tourist, visitor etc) should I get?

    Thanks for your help.
