H1 b visa extension

My name mahendra soni

i am on h1-b visa and my six year completed. My labor certification is approved and based on this i got one more year extention.

My i-140 was filed wrongly by my lawyer and denied.

Can i get one more year extension based on my labor certification approval

if not what should be next action ?

Yes, another extension may be approved. But your employer needs to file I140 again asap.
